None is present on behalf of the appellant.

Appellant was not present on previous dates, i.e. 10.05.2016 and 04.07.2016. This Commission had directed the appellant on 10.05.2016 that steps for respondent be taken within a week and if the steps are not taken by the appellant within a week, appropriate order will be passed in the appeal in absence of the appellant on the next date fixed.  Similarly, the appellant was not present on 04.07.2016. An order passed by this Commission that the appellant is directed to take steps for respondent within a week. In case of noncompliance of the order by the appellant, appropriate order will be passed in the absence of appellant on the next date fixed.

Today neither the appellant nor his counsel appeared before this Commission and appellant has not complied the order of this Commission dated 10.05.2016 and 04.07.2016.  No steps have been taken by the appellant to serve respondent so far.

Therefore, in absence of the appellant as well as noncompliance of the order passed by this Commission, the delay condonation application filed by the appellant is rejected and consequently this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
