The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Ra.48,500/- together with interest at 9%p.a. from the date of this complainttill realsisation and Rs. 500/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the respondent. tge resondent shall pay the amount of Rs. 48,500/- together with interest at 9% p.a. to the complainant from the date of this proceedings, withintwo months from the date of the resciept of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings. the complainant's claim regarding the remaining amount is hereby dismissed
