          Today is fixed for admission hearing.

At this state ld. Lawyer for the complainant submits by filing a petition stating that she has detected that there is a great anomaly in respect addition of parties and also there are few grave mistakes in the complaint in narrating the facts which cannot be rectified by way of amendment of the complaint petition. Therefore, complainant prays for withdrawal of the case with a liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. If this petition is not allowed the complainant will suffer irreparable loss and injuries. For the ends of justice the petition is allowed.

Hence, it

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 156/2018 be and the same is dismissed on withdrawal with a liberty to file the complaint afresh on the self-same cause of action with sixty (60) days from the date of this order, if not barred otherwise.
