Case taken up today on above noted application filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of the petition. Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner does not want to pursue with the present petition and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for petitioner, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
