File is taken up today dated 05.01.2016 on application filed by Learned Counsel for the Complainant. The Complainant has made a statement in the Forum that dispute has been settled with the intervention of respectables and as such he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if need be. In view of it, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if permitted under the law.
