Respondent in person has filed copy of the order dated 08.03.10 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.5318/10 which reads as under:- “ This petition is directed against interlocutory order passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission whereby it virtually interfered with the refusal of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in declining the respondent’s prayer for interim stay of the order passed by the District Forum. Although, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, we are convinced that ends of justice will be adequately met by directing State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to finally dispose of the appeal filed by the respondents within a stipulated time. Accordingly, the special leave petition is dispose of with the direction that State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, UP shall hear the parties and finally dispose of appeal no. 1426/09 within fifteen days from 19.3.2010, which is said to be the date already fixed. “ 2. Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that the operation of the stay order as granted by this Commission vide order dated ..2.. 3.11.09 and extended and continued till today be extended further. Having read the Supreme Court’s Order we are not inclined to grant any such prayer. We can simply observe that the parties as well as the State Commission shall be abide by the order so passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. With these observations, the revision petition is disposed of.
