Heard counsel for the petitioner. There is delay of 100 days for which there is no sufficient explanation. The revision is against concurrent findings of the two fora below. In view of what is observed in paragraph 32 of the impugned order, we do not find that any case is made out for interference on merits of the matter. Paragraph 32 reads as under: “Dr. Leela Gupta has also deposed in her affidavit Ex.R6 that Dr. Gagan Lata respondent no.1 was one of the best Gynecologists of Bathinda City. There was nothing wrong in the observation and treatment given by Dr. Gagan Lata. It was also denied by her if the appellant had lost her foetus due to any alleged wrong treatment given by Dr. Gagan Lata respondent no.1. Rather, she deposed in her affidavit that the treatment given by Dr. Gagan Lata was proper and advisable.” Dr. Leela Gupta had subsequently treated the complainant for the same problem. The revision is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs.
