None is present on behalf of the appellant.
In the light of order dated 04.05.2022, court notice was required to the issued to the appellant.
According to office report dated 05.07.2022, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 21.05.2022, which is not received back in the office as yet.
Office has submitted the tracking report of registered court notice issued to the appellant, according to which, delivery is confirmed. Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the appellant.
Put up on 14.07.2022 for hearing.”
Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal further.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
