Complainant is absent today without steps.
No answer to the show cause filed by him.
It is seen from the case record that due to non appearance of the complainant a show cause order was passed against the complainant on 08.04.2017. Despite issuance of show cause order the complainant failed to file answer to the show cause today.
Further it is seen from the case record that the instant case was sent to the Lok Adalat for settlement, but the parties were absent before the Lok Adalat on 08.04.2017 and therefore the case was sent back to the Forum for further proceedings. Since then the complainant remained absent. On 08.04.2017, 23.06.2017, 12.09.2017 and on 21.12.2017 the complainant was absent.
No answer to the show cause has been filed by the complainant.

It appears to us that the complainant most probably lost interest in the case and he is not willing to proceeds with the case further.
Considering the above facts and circumstances we are of the considered view that the instant case may be dismissed for default.
Hence
It is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being No: CC- 246 of 2016 is dismissed for default.
