            The record is placed for hearing on the point of admission of the complaint.

           The Ld. Agent of the Complainant appears and presents a petition duly verified with the prayer for an order for withdrawal of the complaint on the ground of some defects of the same with the liberty to file the same afresh.

           Having heard the Ld. Agent of the Complainant and in view of the materials made available on the complaint and in the light of the submission made from the side of the Complainant, we are of the opinion that in the circumstances, it would be justified to allow the Complainant to withdraw from the Complainant.

Accordingly,

                Ordered,

                         That the complaint be and the same is disposed of being withdrawn with the liberty to the Complainant to file the same afresh on same and identical cause, if so desired.
