Complainant is absent without step. Hazira filed on behalf of O.P. No. 1 and 2. Since first sitting of this Forum on repeated calls upto 12.35 P.M. none appear for the complainant and complainant also did not filed show cause. Ld Adv. Of the op No. 1 and 2 is present.

            In the above back drop and considering the back order of this case it seems that the complainant has lost his interest to proceed with the case .

This Forum is of the view that further proceeding of this case will be a futile effort whenever the conduct of complainant is focusing in the above manner.

            So there is no need to proceed further and the instant case is dismissed for default.
