Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the appellant/ complainant and the 2nd respondent/ 2nd opposite party represented that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and also a Joint Memorandum of Compromise has been filed to that effect.  Joint Memorandum of Compromise was recorded.

 

          In view of the Joint Memorandum of Compromise, this appeal is disposed off.  The Joint Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the order.   No costs.
