Mr. R. Goawami, learned counsel, for the opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 is present. Registry has submitted the track consignment report in respect of notice issued by the Registry on 26-10-2022. As per report notice was duly served on the complainant on 29-10-2022. The matter is fixed at the stage of cross-examination of the witnesses of the complainant side. The evidence on affidavit in chief of the complainant side was filed on 5-2-2018. Subsequent thereto though Ms. D. Barman, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of the complainant, however, vide order dated 10-11-2022 it is recorded that Ms. D. Barman had already withdrawn Vakalatnama. Subsequent thereto, as directed, notice was issued by the Registry which was duly served on 29-10-2022 and as there is no representation on behalf of the complainant nor the complainant herself, as such, this matter is dismissed for default.
