          On 13.9.2007, the case was adjourned subject to payment of Rs.15,000/- as costs. Costs were imposed as the case was being got adjourned by the petitioner repeatedly. An application for waiver of costs was filed, which was dismissed on 16.12.2008. Respondent has filed this application seeking dismissal of the Revision Petition, as the petitioner has not complied with the said order. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not in a position to deposit the costs. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
