Present Revision Petition has been filed with a delay of                  134 days which is over and above the statutory period of 90 days given for filing the revision petition.  State Commission has dismissed the appeal on the ground of delay which incidentally was the same i.e. 134 days, as in the present revision petition, whereas the statutory period was 30 days for filing the appeal.  State Commission has dismissed the appeal on the ground that the petitioner had failed to show sufficient cause for condonation of delay.

-2-

The only reasons for condonation of delay given before us is that the file was sent to the higher officials for approval for filing revision petition.  We are not satisfied with the cause shown for condonation of delay.  Even on merits, we agree with the view taken by the State Commission that the petitioner had failed to show sufficient cause for delayed filing of the appeal.  Revision petition is dismissed.
