ORDER

The complainant files hazira. The O.P No.3 Asha Pharmacy appears by filing V/nama and prays for time for filing W.V.

Prayer is allowed.

The O.Ps No. 1 and 2 pray for time for filing W/V.

The O.Ps No. 1 and 2 by filing a petition pray for direction the complainant to produce the documents of the case in his custody. Copy served. Let the petition be taken up for hearing treating the same as Mis. Case No. 1/2018.

Heard both sides. Objection is raised.

We think the documents in custody of the complainant are required to be filed by the complainant for giving opportunity to the O.Ps to contradict such documents.

So, the petition is to be allowed.

Hence, the petition dated 02.01.18 filed by the O.Ps No. 1 and 2 for direction the complainant to produce the documents in his custody i.e. M.A No. 1/2018 be and the same is allowed on contest but without any cost.  

Thus the MA is disposed of accordingly.
