The complainant has received draft No.014825, dated 3.3.2011 amounting to Rs.40,000/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in his favour from the OPs and hence he withdraws his present complaint having been compromised and undertake that he shall not have any claim against the OPs with regard to dispute in question in any court of law at any time in future. His statement to that effect has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
