          Adv.Smt.S.G.Parikh is present for the complainant authorized by M/s.Little & Co. Solicitors.  She claims herself to be relative of the complainant.  Adv.Yogesh Naidu is present for the opponent no.2. 

          Today, complainants have moved an application for withdrawal of the complaint.  Withdrawal pursis bears thumb impression of the complainant no.1-Shobhna Kamalnayan Parikh, signatures of the complainant no.2 and 3  Said withdrawal pursis is also signed by Adv.Smt.S.G.Parikh, who is present today in the State Commission.  Complainants do not want to proceed with the complaint.  They want to withdraw the same.  As per their request, permission to withdraw the consumer complaint is granted.  Now, the consumer complaint is disposed off for want of prosecution as withdrawn.  Parties to bear their own costs.
