Complainant is absent . On perusal of the record we find that the complainant is absent continuously from 19/10/2012 . Offce note shows that as this forum has no Juridiction to  the case , Hence the complainant has left to make on perusal of the complainant petition we find that the op residents at River View Colony  , Adityapur Dist- Saraikela Kharsawan and  case of action has arrisen in the Shankar Chakshu Chikitsalaya, 10 River View Colony Adityapur This it is clear this forum has got no Juridiction to entertain the case . According Complainant is rejected with this obseyration that the complainant may be file  case before the forum of Distrect  Consumer Forum Where Op resides .
