Today is fixed for showing cause.

The Complainant neither takes any step nor files show cause. It is 12.30 p.m now. On repeated calls none turn up. However, the case will be called further at 1.10 p.m if the Forum is not otherwise busy.

Later –

It is 1.10 p.m now.

None turn up on repeated calls for the Complainant. As such we hold that the Complainant is not willing to proceed with the case. The case should be dismissed.
