 Complaint is filed for getting compensation for cheating and threatening committed by the opposite party. Case is posted for hearing on admission. Several chances are given. But the complainant did not appear before the forum for hearing. On the perusal of the complaint it is found that the complaint of this nature is not maintainable before the Forum and has to be adjudicated before the competent criminal court.

In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we dismiss the complaint with liberty to file complaint before the appropriate court.
