Complainant as well as OP both absent. 

From perusal of the record it appears that the complainant’s regularly absent since 19.08.2023. This is case oof year 2017. It appears that the complainant has perhaps lost interest in the present case and only account there of he is only casually appearing and making pairvee in this complaint it appears that the complainant has lost interest in persuing this complaint.

Hence, the present complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
