Ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner/complainant is present.

Ld. Counsel appearing for OP 1 is present and Ld. Counsel appearing for OP 2 is also present.

OP 3 is absent without any step and on repeated calls none is fourn present on behalf of the OP 3.

Ld. Counsel appearing for OP 1 and Ld. Counsel appearing for OP 2 submit that they will not file any written objection against the prayer of the petitioner/complainant and they have no objection in the prayer of the petitioner/complainant.

In that view of the matter, prayer for appointment of Medical Expert of the petitioner/complainant is allowed.

Accordingly, National Institute Of Mental Health and Neuro sciences (NIMHNS), Hosur Road, Lakkasandra Bengaluru-560029, Karnataka is directed to appoint the concerned Doctor in the subject matter in question and who will after proper examination will submit report.  

Parties are hereby directed to submit all necessary medical papers relied upon by them positively by 21.08.2023 if any, for transmission of the same to the National Institute Of Mental Health and Neuro sciences.

Fix 21.08.2023 for filing all necessary medical paper by the parties.
