Today appellant Sh. Deepak Sharma alongwith learned counsel Sh. Arun Uniyal as well as learned counsel        Sh. Vaibhav Jain for respondent has appeared.

An application has been moved alongwith Adhar Card of Sh. Deepak Sharma on behalf of the appellant alleging not to press the appeal and to decide the appeal accordingly.

The above application is not opposed by the counsel for respondent. 

Hence, in the interest of justice, the above application is hereby allowed and the appeal is withdrawn as not pressed. No order as to costs.
