                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.05 p.m.  but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  From the perusal of the order sheets it is revealed that since 04.05.2015 none is appearing on behalf of the complainant and the case is being adjourned time and again for the presence of the complainant for about last one year.  This case is pending for the evidence of the complainant but no document has been placed by the complainant in support of his complaint.  No further adjournment is justified.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint. Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
