                 Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, in the light of order dated 11.4.2023, passed by this Commission, after removing the irregularity/technical defect, the complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint, against the opponent. File be consigned to the records.
