Fixed for show cause by Complainant.

Complainant is absent without any step.

It is now 12-25 p.m.  On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor any body for Complainant is found present either to file show cause or to take step.

In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Hence, this ca se is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

That the Complaint Case no.11 of 2017 be and same is hereby DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT ; but without cost.
