Per Mr.B.A.Shaikh, Hon`ble Presiding Judicial Member.

               This appeal was initially taken up for admission hearing at 10.55 a.m.  At that time none had appeared for appellant.  Therefore it was kept back.  Now it is taken up for hearing at 1.05 p.m.  Presently also none has appeared for appellant. Perusal of earlier daily proceedings shows that none had appeared for appellant on 21.11.2011, 3.2.2012, 3.4.2012, 22.6.2012 and 14.8.2012. Even cost of Rs.500/- imposed twice on the appellant on 22.6.2012 and 14.8.2012 is also not deposited in the “Legal Aid Account” of this Commission. Therefore we are satisfied that appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal. Appeal is therefore dismissed in default.
