Amended complaint not filed by the complainant. Again date is requested by the counsel for the complainant for compliance. Heard. But amended complaint has not been furnished by the complainant despite availing so many opportunities from 05.06.2024, 03.07.2024 and 01.08.2024 with last opportunity. Thereafter, this case was adjourned for filing amended complaint etc. but the complainant has failed to make compliance of this order at so many occasions. Even he has not made any efforts to make compliance of the order of this Commission despite the fact last opportunity was granted. Hence, it appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint. There are no sufficient grounds for further adjourning this case for the purpose of making compliance of order of this Commission by the complainant. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.

File be consigned after due compliance.
