On call none entered appearance on behalf of the parties to the complaint petition. Since long there has been default on the part of the complainant in appearance at least for the sake of appointment of advocate commissioner. However on 31.10.22 , Mr. P. M. Talukdar, learned advocate was appointed as advocate commissioner to record cross examination of the witness of the complainant side. The said order was passed in presence of Mr. S. S. Baruah conducting counsel for the opposite parties.  On 20.12.22 again there was none for the parties to the complainant . Mr. Talukdar , learned advocate Commissioner expressed his inability to act as advocate commissioner as he was the counsel for the complainant earlier. The matter was fixed on 30.01.2023 and there was no representation by the counsel on behalf of the parties . In view of the same, we are of the considered opinion that the complaint has lost interest in further proceeding with the matter .

                   Accordingly, matter stands dismissed for default.
