Mr. Prabir Basu, the Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the JDR - Dr. A. K. Banerjee by filing an application along with necessary documents submits that the order of the Hon'ble National Commission has been complied with.  Upon reading of the order of the Hon'ble National Commission Commission it appears that the JDR - Dr. A. K. Banerjee was directed to remit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the Respondent - Complainant.  Since the said amount has already been paid to the Complainant by a Bank Draft drawn on SBI, Raiganj Branch under No. 111321 in favour of the Complainant there has been complete compliance of the order of the Hon'ble National Commission.  Under such circumstances the execution proceeding shall stand disposed of by recording that the decree passed in the complaint case has been satisfied in the meantime.  The copy of the order of the Hon'ble National Commission as produced by Mr. Basu be kept on record.
