They jointly file an application for withdrawal of the appeal as the matter is amicably settled between the parties. We examined the ‘consent terms’ commencing from term no.1 to 8, thereby satisfied to record the settlement. Accordingly this appeal stands disposed off. Accordingly set aside the impugned order dtd.26.11.2021 passed in CC/1463/2019 on the file of 1st Addl., District Commission, Bengaluru urban District. As per the terms arrived in between the parties, office is directed to issue cheque in the name of Dr.Udayakumar.S S/o Seetharama Rao for Rs.12,50,000/- with proper identification by his advocate and return remaining amount to Appellant with proper identification by their advocate.
