Perusal of the record shows that complainant has not appeared after 03.02.2021.  In fact after issuance of notice she never appeared including today.  However, It seems that Complainant is not interested in contesting her matter. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as she has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
