At this stage both complainant and O.P. Nos. 1 & 2 are present and they file a joint petition along with haziras. In the said petition they disclosed that the matter has been amicably settled between them out of this Forum. The complainant is not willing to proceed further with this case and he prays necessary order.
Heard both sides. In view of the mutual understanding and in the background of their settlement, the case should be dropped.
