Documents haven’t been place on record chronologically therefore complainant shall amend the complaint accordingly starting from first admission till reply to the legal notice with proper annexure and proper paginating marking.

At this stage, complainant wants to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file afresh with fresh facts before appropriate Commission/Court. Matter is dismissed as withdrawn. Let original file be returned to the complainant after retaining one copy of the case file on record.
