Sri Prasoon Kumar Rai, learned Counsel for the applicants/appellants appeared.

Present application has been moved by applicants/appellants in Appeal No. 1426 of 2009 Managing Director, Honda Siel Cars India Limited and others V/s Dr. Indra Pati Singh and others for refund of Rs.25,000/- deposited by appellants under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of order dated 16-04-2010 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been dismissed. The judgment and order passed by District Consumer Forum has been modified.

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be remitted to the District Consumer Forum alongwith interest if any accrued, who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
