This is a petition filed by the complainant who appears in person for permission to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint at a later point of time. The request is opposed by the counsel for the respondent contending that the liberty to file a fresh complaint should not be granted.
Having heard the complainant as well as the counsel for the opposite parties we are not satisfied that there can be any objection to the withdrawal of this complaint as sought for by the complainant.
In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights of the complainant to file a fresh complaint in accordance with law.
