                   File put up today on the application moved on behalf of complainant as he wants to withdraw the present complaint. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that ops have issued the original mark sheet and photostat copy of the degree and assured that University will send the original degree very soon to the complainant He has further stated that subject to assurance of University, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
