This order is arising out of the Misc. Application being No. 45/2018 filed by the complainant in the Consumer Complaint No. 14/2018 prayed for producing Bed Head Tickets towards the treatment of the complainant by the OP Nos. 2, 4, 5 & 6.
It is stated by the complainant that the complainant was admitted at Nightingale Nursing Home on 04.07.2017 for the purpose of her treatment under the OP-1 and after discharge subsequently she again admitted there. Thereafter on 04.08.2017 the complainant admitted at Sambhunath Pandit Hospital –OP-4. On 12.08.2017 the complainant was admitted to SSKM Hospital – OP-5. Finally she took treatment at M/s. Janapriya Hospital and Health Care at Bangalore – OP-6.
The BHTs in respect of the treatment of the complainant it is very much required for the purpose of proper adjudication of the case and the same are lying under the custody of the respective hospitals, where the complainant was admitted. It is very much required to pass appropriate direction to the OP-2, OP-4, OP-5 & OP-6 to produce the BHTs towards the treatment of the complainant, which are in their respective custody. Prayer is made to pass appropriate direction to the OP-2, OP-4, OP-5 & OP-6 to produce the BHTs, towards the treatment of the complainant; otherwise the complainant will suffer irreparable loss and injury.
Ld. Counsel for the OP-1, 2 & 3 is present to contest the case. The ld. Counsel for the OP-1, 2 & 3 has stated that they will supply the same before the forum if those are lying with their custody.
After hearing both sides, as the Ops are ready to supply the same, if those are lying with their custody, the application filed by the complainant be allowed.

that the Misc. Application being No. 45/2018 be and the same is allowed on contest without any cost.
Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
