          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to replace the Laptop or to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as compensation and also to pay Rs.90,000/- towards mental agony and Rs.1000/-  towards cost of the complaint.    

       

 

 

 

       

        Both Complainant and the opposite party has not filed any proof affidavit for long time.  Both complainant and opposite party called absent for long time.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.   No cost.
