                                                          J u d g e m e n t.

          The  present disputes arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for non replacement of  Washing machine.

                The authorised agent of the O.P.  appeared before the forum in person and  filed settlement letter  and  refuting the allegations of the complainant and made arguments touching the points both on facts as well as law.

                The complainant in person is present before the forum and has submitted   a memo to withdraw the case since the  O.P.  has rectified the defect of  his washing machine and also extended the warranty period of six months  and the matter has been settled out of court  inter alia  he has no more claim against the O.Ps in connection with the aforesaid case.

                Heard from the  parties.  We perused the memo and the memo is allowed.

                Accordingly the case is closed  as not pressed by the  complainant. Parties are left  to bear their own cost.
