Oral Order (As per Sri R.Lakshminarasimha Rao, Hon’ble Member)
1. `10,000/- towards compensation and`5,000/- towards costs.
2. `60,000/- on 26.6.1998 under ATL/A/c No.01 19980003 and another agricultural loan of`50,000/- on 4.11.2004 under A/c No.PAC/99/5. The agricultural loan of`50,000/- was rescheduled in the year 2006 under A/c CCATL/01/20060050. `30,000/- on 7.11.2006 by pledging his gold ornaments weighing 82 gms.
3. `56,140/- out of the loan amount of`60,000/- under loan A/c No.AGPL/M1/98-3. `60,000/- was settled under OTS scheme in terms of which he had paid`18,000/- in cash in addition to`56,140/- and also that the loan amount of`50,000/- was waived under agricultural debt waiver and debt relief scheme 2008.
4. `72,712/- and filed application I.A.No.507 of 2009 for attachment before judgement of the gold ornaments pledged with the bank. `18,000/- in to the suspense account as advance for one time settlement on 29.7.2009 and thereafter he did not put forward any proposal under OTS.

8. `60,000/- under A/c No. ATL/A/c No.01 19980003,`50,000/- availed on 4.11.2004 which was rescheduled under A/c No.CCATL/01/20060050 and availment of gold loan of`30,000/- on 7.11.2006 by pledging the gold articles by the respondent is not disputed.
9. `14,036/- was scheduled to be paid in three instalments by 30.6.2009.
