ORDER

                    The ld.Counsel for the complainant while appearing through video conferencing stated that he withdraw the present complaint on account on technical defect and seeks liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect before the appropriate authority/court/forum having jurisdiction over the matter.

                   In view of above, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of the technical defect before the appropriate Authority/Court/Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
