Today, Sh.Gautam Kumar , Adv. filed POA along with application on behalf of the OP company (I.e.Dominos Pizza) for joining the proceeding as the matter is compromised between the parties. As per record, the OPs No.1 & 2 have been proceeded against exparte vide order dated 20.5.2022 and OP No.3 has been proceeded against exparte vide order dated 2.6.2022. Since the matter has been compromised, therefore, in the interest of justice, the OPs are allowed to join the proceedings.

Today, Statement of Sh.Dheeraj Sharma, Adv. Counsel for the Complainant recorded that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Today, he has received a Demand Draft bearing No.010209 dated 18.8.2022 for Rs.5000/- drawn on State Bank of India in favour of Mehar Sachdev, Complainant. Copy of Demand Draft is attached, which is as Mark ”A”. As such, the Complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
