Record is put up today by filing a petition on behalf the D/hr. Another compromised petition filed by the D/hr. in which both parties settled the dispute after a prolonged discussion in between the parties and filed the impugned compromised petition to settle the dispute D/hr. files another petition to withdraw the drafts filed by the J/dr. in the name of D/hr. on full and final satisfaction. Heard the ld. Advocate on behalf of the D/hr. and perused the solenama in which both parties agreed to follow the terms and condition as envisaged in the said petition. Considering all the facts and circumstances this Commission is on the opinion to allow the petition filed by the parties to settle the dispute amicably as this Commission may not cause impediment at the pious act of the parties. The D/hr. is at liberty to withdraw the demand drafts deposited in the case record in his name on proper identification. Solenama filed by the parties be part of the degree.

Hence ordered that the execution case being no. 3 of 2015 arising out of C.C. no. 206 of 2013 be and the same is dropped on full and final satisfaction.
