Complainant is present through Ld. Advocate and also in person. On behalf of the O.P. No. 3 Ld. Advocate files Vokalatnama along with Written Version.            

At this stage Ld. Advocate from the side of the complaint files a petition stating that the matter between the Complainant and the O.P. is amicably settled. Complainant also stated that he is not willing to proceed with the case. He also is willing to withdraw the case.

Heard, the prayer of the complainant considered and allowed.

Hence, It is

That the C.C. No. 80 of 2023 is hereby dropped on the basis of the prayer made by the complainant.
