          Complainant present in person.  Opposite party 1 represented and submitted that they are ready to settle the matter.  Opposite party produced a cheque bearing No.332066 dated 12.09.2024 for Rs.65,700/- (Rupees Sixty five thousand and seven hundred only) in favour of the complainant drawn from Axis bank, Palarivattom.  Complainant accepted the amount in full and final satisfaction of the complainant.  Complainant filed ‘withdrawal petition’ also stating that the matter settled.  Hence the case is closed as ‘withdrawn’.
