Opposite parties file hazira. On behalf of the complainant no steps has been taken. It appears from the order dt. 25/2/2019 that one authorized copy of death certificate alleged dead of complainant has been filed. But thereafter inspite of next 2 dates no steps has been taken on behalf of the complainant. On repeated calls none appears for the complainant. Ld. Advocate of the opposite parties is present. Today is fixed for also taking steps as last chance on behalf of the complainant, i.d show cause. But no show cause whatsoever was forthcoming before this Forum. Considering all the materials on record of the attending of the case of this Forum is of the view that there is no need to provide further. In the result, the instant case is dismissed for default.
