ORDER

Copy of letter dated 05.04.2017 has been placed on record. The said letter is addressed to the complainants, in which, it is stated by the Opposite Parties that towards full and final settlement of all claims of the complainants, the Opposite Parties will pay an amount of Rs.75,81,980.82. Today, in Court, two Demand Drafts bearing No.511385 & 511386, both dated 30.03.2017 in the sum of Rs.37,90,990.41 each (totaling Rs.75,81,980.82), in the name of the complainants i.e. Naresh Kumar and Dinesh Chauhan, have been handed over by Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the Opposite Parties to Sh. Raj Kumar Chauhan, Advocate, who is representing the complainants before us. Photocopies of the demand drafts duly signed by the proxy Counsel for the complainants have been retained on file.

                   In view of above and on payment of aforesaid amount of Rs.75,81,980.82 against full and final settlement of all claims of the complainants, this complaint stands disposed of.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
