ORDER

Copy of letter dated 05.04.2017 has been placed on record. The said letter is addressed to the complainant, in which, it is stated by the Opposite Parties that towards full and final settlement of all claims of the complainant, the Opposite Parties will pay an amount of Rs.92,20,746.12. Today, in Court, Demand Draft bearing No.511272 dated 24.03.2017 in the name of the complainant for the aforesaid amount has been handed over by Sh. Shiv Kumar, Advisor (Legal) of the Opposite Parties to Sh. Raj Kumar Chauhan, Advocate, who is representing the complainant before us. Photocopy of demand draft duly signed by the proxy Counsel for the complainant has been retained on file.

                   In view of above and on payment of aforesaid amount of Rs.92,20,746.12 against full and final settlement of all claims of the complainant, this complaint stands disposed of.
